I’ve always wished I would have been sunsmart in my younger days. I was a big time sun worshiper!! I never used sunscreen. I never wore a hat.  Just bring on the nice bronze tan!! Start off with a white training disk until you get the hang of using your PMD.  I found the white training disk very helpful!  I learned to hold the PMD to get the best suction and I learned how to hold my skin so the PMD could glide over my skin.  Making sure your skin is dry is really important too!
