Today’s review is a helpful gadget!  Especially, this time of year, with all the baking!!  Not to mention being able to make dinners a snap!! We love scallop potatoes, but, I HATE slicing all those potatoes.  NOT anymore!!!!!  This is the easiest and FASTEST I’ve EVER had potatoes and onions ready to bake before!!
