Granted they may not look like much but Lemon Noodles are and have been a family favorite for at least the last 30 years. Zachary’s lovely Girlfriend wanted this recipe and the Killer Bean one, so I figure may as well print it out here too. Preheat oven 400 1 lb. Spaghetti noodles **Personally, I like the thinner noodles or angle hair pasta. 1/4 lb butter 1 pint sour cream Juice of 1 lemon (I use 2 or 3) 1 tablespoon zest of the lemons (I use more) Pepper Parmesan cheese to taste Cook & drain noodles I mix the following in the baking pan for less clean up.
