SUP! In San Diego
My daughter Selena is an avid SUP girl. That’s Stand Up Paddle-board. Now, that sounds easy enough. A big surf board looking thing and all ya gotta do… famous last words …… is stand up. In the water. IN the ocean. From Carlsbad to Doheny State Beach, Selena made it sound so EASY!! Not only does she SUP, her husband does and SO DOES 6 year OLD ALICE!!! The NaNa?! Yeah… not so much. I can’t seam to stand up on this board to save my life! Naturally, when I was offered the chance to check out this rash guard Selena jumped! Thinking back on it now I could have used this as leverage for say… cleaning my house or washing my car?! Hind sight! Rash Guard Review
My daughter Selena and her family LOVE paddle boarding. I think wait; I know they would be out on the water every single day if it weren’t for those pesky ‘jobs’ they have!! Selena was thrilled to be given the chance to review a Rash Guard from The Sun and Surf Store! A good fit akin to a second skin The Legend Rash Guard Compression Shirt fits so well that it feels like a second skin. Unlike most rash guards I have tried this one has a long torso that tucks nicely into my swim shorts and doesn’t pull up. As a chubby girl I love that, no one wants to see Baby Huey on a paddle board. The neckline is similar to a mock turtleneck so that water doesn’t seep in like it would if it were lower along the sternum. It’s getting colder out on the water and with the Legend Rash Guard I can paddle without freezing…
