It Just Continues……….
Oh how the saga whining continues…… Again, if you are new here the back story can been seen here: Where’s Mom? Basically, the Cliff Notes version is: My Mom passed away on December 29, 2017, her cat Biscuit passed away 12 days later. The cat’s ashes arrived yesterday. Mom finally came home today (Tuesday), the day after Miss Kitty. Mom arrived via the USPS. Yup, the mailman delivered my Mom. I don’t know where this carrying, loving person was from The Trident Society was. They were to put Mom’s ashes in the urn. Just FYI, USPS does not offer this service. The mailman refused. Very politely, but he did refuse. Now, no where…

Well, At Least The Cat’s Back!!
And so the whine with continues! If you are new here the back story can been seen here: Where’s Mom? Basically, the Cliff Notes version is: My Mom passed away on December 29, 2017, her cat Biscuit passed away 12 days later. Mom’s remains still have not arrived. Mom passed away 24 days ago. But, the cat’s ashes are back. The cat passed away 12 days after my Mom. Of course, because it seems that I can’t catch a break here…… Biscuit’s name is spelled wrong. But, that made me laugh so, Bisquit stays. Think my Mom is up in heaven sayin’ bes quit bitchin? Maybe THAT’s why the name…

Seriously?! Where Is Mom??
Whine alert. Death is a racket. It’s expensive. It’s heart wrenching. It’s stressful and it sucks ass. My Mom has been gone 3 weeks today. I was so impressed with our Hospice experience through Silverado. The folks there were 100% on their toes. Customer service was amazing. THOUGHTFUL and continual. I never felt alone. On the other hand, I am a million times unimpressed with The Trident Society. They are everything that Silverado is not. Several years ago The Husband and I were approached about cremation services. The Trident Society sent out a representative that made us feel this was the GOLD STANDARD!! The best company to use. We signed up. We…
