How adorable are these bloomer shorts??!? These are from Sparkle Farms. These are perfect under a skirt, tutu or a dress. These are form fitting so they fit nice and neat under clothing. The bloomer shorts don’t add bulk at all!! The shorts are 95% cotton to keep them soft and breathable, and 5% spandex so the retain their shape.
