Today Alice and I made Pumpkin Bread. YUM!!!  I love cookin’ with this kid!! Things I’ve learned the hard way, have everything measured out ahead of time! This kid’s got no patience!! I decided to try the new sweetener called Swerve. I choose Swerve because first, it’s great tasting. It’s a natural sweetener that measures cup-for-cup just like sugar!  Swerve is made from a unique combination of ingredients derived from fruits and vegetables, Swerve contains no artificial ingredients, preservatives or flavors.  I think you will love it too! Pumpkin Bread Preheat oven to 350° Mix together: 1 ¼ c flour1 t baking soda1 ½ c SWERVE1 t cinnamon½ t salt½ t nutmeg¼ t cloves¼ t allspice 1 cup raisins1 15 ounce can of pumpkin2 eggs½ c oil Sift together all the dry ingredients, add the wet and mix well.  This mix really mixes up quickly.
