Udi’s for Fall!!
There are certain foods in our house that do NOT last for a full weekend. Products from Udi’s Gluten Free like their delicious Pumpkin muffins? GONE!!! Same weekend one box of Udi’s Ginger cookies? GONE! There are only 2 people in this house and we were fighting over the last Ginger Cookie. If you aren’t familiar with Udi’s foods, let me fill you in. Udi’s is the best gluten-free food on the planet! I promise! Udi’s products are full of flavor! I’ve had other gluten free products from other companies and the texture was something I couldn’t handle, let alone the flavor. Udi’s products taste so good you would never realize they were gluten free. Like their tortillas! The Ginger Cookies are a soft cookie packed with ginger flavor. Perfect with a cup of coffee or a glass of milk! So much flavor you would never know they were gluten free! The Pumpkin muffins are so good too. Moist, rich pumpkin flavor, topped with cream cheese?
