California King Salmon!! Review and Recipe!!
I made the BEST California King Salmon tonight!!!!!!! Yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!
Juice & Zest from 1 lemon
2Tablespoons soy sauce
2Tablespoons honey
2teaspoons Magic Salmon Seasoning
2Tablespoons olive oil.
Mix all ingredients together pour over 2 pounds of salmon. Marinade in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Then under the broiler for an additional 10 minutes.
Not only does it taste fantastic! It was so easy to make!! The salmon was moist and flaky. YUMMMMM!!

California King Salmon are harvested using “trolling” (fishing one at a time with barb-less hooks) One hook, one fish! Trolling is more environmentally friendly because the fish that are not desirable (too small or the wrong species) can be returned to the water unharmed. California King Salmon fishermen are environmentalists, they initiated the mandatory license fee where a portion of the license is used to restore rivers and streams to enhance spawning areas for future generations and supply of King Salmon.

I would like to try this seasoning. I kinda like salmon, but if I found a way to season it that I really liked I have it more often – this is good to try!! I never noticed it before!
