Bagito Bags From Power2Sustain Review
I don’t know many people who really enjoy grocery shopping. For me it’s a chore. Now add insult to that chore there are some stores in my area that are charging for the plastic shopping bags. Those same plastic bags are terrible for the environment. So, when I was approached by Power2Sustain Reusable Solutions about reviewing their reusable shopping bags I jumped at the chance! If I HAVE to grocery shop at least I use a great grocery bag!
Let’s start with the Original Bagito. These bags are double stitched for strength and durability. These are great sized bags. 15″ tall by 17″ wide and 4″ deep with 21″ deep handles. These bags are made from 100% rPet fabric which is recycled plastics.
100% of net revenues from sales of Bagito Bags are donated to a non-profit project that teaches K-12 students to value and sustain their natural world. How amazing is that?!?!
These full-sized reusable shopping bags were created to fund environmental literacy for the K-12 students. These bags can be custom imprinted with your logo or business name. These bags are also available at wholesale prices too.
These are strong bags that can hold 20+ lbs. and gusseted for surprisingly large capacity. These bag are eco-friendly, strong, practical and pretty too. The Bagito comes in awesome colors.
I love that each one of these customizable reusable bags keeps 25 plastic bottles out of the landfill!!! WOW! That should make you feel really good about using these great bags!
Over a lifetime, use of reusable bags by just one person would save over 22,000 plastic bags. Isn’t that even better incentive?
The Bagito Grande is my favorite, this full-sized reusable shopping bag that goes ON YOUR KEY RING!! I am never without my Bagito! These bags are 14″ tall by 15″ wide by 6″ deep, with 12″ handles. The Grande will hold 2 times a normal shopping bag!! EASILY!! Love the great handles that are long enough to wear on my shoulder!
The Bagito reusable shopping bag is the only one that is made from all recycled material and that supports educating the next generation in how to live in a way that makes a difference.
Bagitos are designed in California and responsibly made in our partner family owned factory in China.
The next bag I was sent to review is the Bagito Can Liner. This is a HUGE bag!! 41” tall by 33” wide!! This is a 45 gallon size! I am using it for camping supplies in Yosemite this weekend. This bag is naturally water-resistant, with organic micro-ban coating. The can liner can be machine washed and reused hundreds of times. The bag is strong with double stitched seams for added strength and durability and a special bungee drawstring for snug fit when the bag is closed.
WHINES
Not a single one! Not only are these bags strong, double stitched with gusted bottoms enabling them to be easily loaded at the check out stand. I LOVE the fact that these bags can hold up to twenty-five pounds. These bags come in two sizes; Bagito Original and the Bagito Grande and in great colors too. Best of all these bags are machine washable and will last for years!!
Every day we are presented with opportunities to make a difference. Each of us making small incremental changes to our behavior adds up to real change. Thank you for your support of one small company taking on a big idea, providing real useful educational tools for sustainability – one reusable shopping bag at a time.

I’m a tote bag and grocery bag emthusiast. I’m guilty of not using them often enough for bagging groceries but they make easy work of so many things. I have all types and sizes and I do make sure I take them with me to Aldis, because they charge for bags and use of the carts. Take a couple bags and pay nothing

I need these bags! Most stores use plastic these days rather than what I think is the more durable paper bags, but neither one are great for our environment. Although some plastic and paper bags are recyclable, they still have a tendency to break on me and that is such a hassle! Thanks for this great review and information.

I love the purple bag, and I do not like grocery shopping either, but these are very stylish bags and they look sturdy. I would love to own a couple of them.

With the stores just recently starting to charge for the use of plastic and paper bags in this state these full-sized reusable shopping bags will be perfect. And knowing they are made from recycled plastic makes them even more of an incentive to own.

i find grocery shopping a chore as well. love the bag b/c it is so compact, i have something similar that zips up into a little pocket but it is not quite big enough to carry all of my groceries. i have several of the other types of bags that everyone gives away now. my car is stocked with them. i like this one b/c the handles are double stitched and it is made from recycle goods. environmentally friendly.

I love that the handles are set up like a purse. My hands end up hurting if I carry a lot of groceries, regardless of whether the bag is plastic or fabric. Being able to hoist the bags over my shoulder sounds awesome!

Those statistics really show how much of a difference one person can make. I find it frightening how many people don’t think of recycling when it’s our future that’s at stake.

That mustard colored one on top looks like a nice tank top.

I don’t like grocery shopping either. I never go to the store without my bags. I have a couple of Chico bags that I love.

These look pretty nice! I have lots of reusable bags none of which match, lol. It might be nice to have matching bags.

I love the wider handles on the Bagito shopping bag. And how clever to be able to fold it up and take it with you as a key chain.
