This pan makes ME want to cook!! Which is saying something! Because since DH retired he has taken over the cooking.  So for me to WANT to cook again… there has to be a really great reason!! This pan just might be that reason!! Seriously!! This is the greatest pan ever!!  Let’s start at the beginning shall we? This is the Green Earth Pan by Ozeri.  The Green Earth Pan features Greblon.  What is Greblon? Well, I had to look it up too, Greblon is an ultra safe 100% PTFE and PFOA free, ceramic non-stick coating from Germany.   What does that mean?  That means so far, nothing we’ve thrown in this pan has stuck!! The pan is so easy to clean that you can almost just rinse and go!!! Amazing!!   Check it out, just running water made the grilled chicken residue rinse right off.
