Set up was easy; the set up wizard walks you through the entire set up. Then plug the USB cable into the adapter and the other into your computer. The correct driver automatically installed and I was up and running. WITH 5 FULL BARS!!

My computer runs faster! NO hick-ups!  My reception is so much better than before I added the Etekcity adapter.
