Hyundai Elantra Limited Part 2

Yesterday I told you about the outside of the 2015 Hyundai Elantra Limited. Today I want to tell you about the inside. Once again, where to start?!? Let’s shake it up a little, I am going to start in the backseat. I love the hidden anchor for a car seat. It just makes the back window area look clean and neat. There is room for 3 in the backseat or 2 with the arm rest/cup holder down. I love having the cup holder down so 3 year old Alice can easily get to her drink. BUT, my truly favorite feature of the Hyundai Elantra’s backseat is the fact that THEY ARE HEATED TOO!!!!!!  There aren’t a lot of cars that offer that feature in the backseat.

In the comfortable drivers seat you have everything at your fingertips. From the comfortable steering wheel that has everything from phone, cruise, media and music to the cruise control. The Elantra also gives the driver the three selectable steering modes. Choose between comfort mode, sport mode (which is my favorite) and normal. The comfort mode feels like you’re driving a luxury BIG car. The sport mode makes me feel like I’m driving a sporty little FAST car!!

In the center console there is an iPod®/USB and MP3 auxiliary input jacks!! ONE outlet is on the passenger side!! SAY WOOOO HOOOO! Passengers have their own outlet! I love that feature! Power driver seat with excellent lumbar support, probably the best I’ve ever felt!

Safety

6 airbags!! SIX of them!! With advanced dual front airbags with occupant classification system, front seat-mounted side-impact airbags, and roof-mounted side-curtain airbags. YUP! Airbags on the ROOF!! Hyundai has really thought of everything.

The Elantra is equipped with vehicle stability management system, and electronic stability control with traction control system. The Elantra also has anti-lock braking system with brake assist.

MORE TO LOVE

The Elantra has an auto dimming rear view mirror and a multi-function trip computer. The 7-inch color touchscreen audio display with rearview camera are awesome. Seriously! The touchscreen picture quality is amazing! The backup camera is crystal clear and you have no blind spots in your camera vision. WOW!! I already miss the navigation! I love being able to do a general search “find restaurant” and everything that is close to where the car is pops up!

A couple more mentions

Windshield wipers; I really don’t think about them until they don’t work anymore. So, for me to notice a windshield wiper, there had to be something unique about them. The drivers side wiper is 28″ which is the biggest wiper I’ve hand in a car. WOW! What a great feature for the driver! Dual temperature control means you’ll always be comfortable!

One best features?? Check out this warranty!!

I am thoroughly impressed with the Elantra. The car is comfortable to drive and ride in. The safety features are awesome. The warranty is fantastic!!
