January’s BeautyBox 5 Review

My BeautyBox 5 Subscription Box has arrived!! I love seeing that little turquoise package sitting in the mailbox. I can’t wait to see what 5 new products I get to try.  Once again, I’m not disappointed!!

NOW I’m disappointed.

Unfortunately, Beauty Box 5 is no longer around. In July of 2017 Hurricane Henry hit Texas, Beauty Box 5 was one of the businesses that suffered. That makes me so sad.

Garnier Fructis Daily Care Fortifying Shampoo. Garnier is a product I normally buy, however I had never tried the Daily Care, I added it to my shopping list. This shampoo smells divine. PLENTY of suds, rinses completely. My hair is soft, shiny hair with plenty of bounce! #garnier

cSoftsoap Nutri Serums Vitamin E Body Wash.  I had never tried Softsoap body washes before. That will change!! Nutri Serums has vitamin E and little skin softening serum pearls that ‘pop’ when you wash. My skin has a glow to it. My skin is hydrated and super soft!! Awesome product! I’m buying this!! #softsoap

Coastal Scents Eye Shadow. Cute little palette of 4 perfect eye shadow colors. Highly pigmented so a little spread easily all over my eye lids. Perfect colors. The moss green is my favorite. #coastalscents 

Sally Hansen Salon Effects. Sally Hansen is one of my go to nail products. They always have the best things! From nail files to nail colors. THIS one is new to me! Salon Effects is a peel and stick nail color. Alice and I had so much fun with these!! We have matching black and red stripped nails. It was SO EASY todo that I was able to do a three-year old’s nails! Three year old’s have no patience, so that is saying something. The nail strips go on easily and stay on for up to 16 days! #sallyhansen

Ultraflesh The Gold Standard Mascara In Blackcoat. I was in love from the box on! Black box with gold print. The mascara tube is a very chic gold and the mascara wand has bristles that are dense enough to really make my thin and wimpy lashes POP!! This mascara doesn’t flake off and it stays PUT on my lashes, at the end of the day I have NO raccoon eyes!! If you are looking for DRAMATIC lashes grab this mascara!! #fusionbeauty

As always, Beauty Box 5 has introduced me to fantastic MUST HAVE products that I probably would not have found on my own. I truly look forward to this box every single month.
