The first purchase that DH and I bought to celebrate the empty nest was a leather couch. Well some 15 years later, this couch has definitely seen better days. Between DH, myself and the dog, this couch needs some TLC, a LOT of TLC. Not only does this couch look tired and dry but it’s dirty too. When I was offered Leather Honey Cleaner and Conditioners to review I JUMPED!!!

Whether you are conditioning or cleaning furniture, shoes, wallets or even leather seats in your cars! Leather Honey works miracles!! AND without using any animal products, silicone, toxins, solvents, or other harmful chemicals. You are probably wondering why it’s important that a leather conditioner is chemical free, I know I was. Well, it really makes sense, you sit on it, sleep on it, wear it and you really want chemicals seeping into your skin? Nope. Not me.

How does it work?

Well, like MAGIC!!  The Leather Honey soaks into leather’s pores and hydrates the individual fibers of the leather. It provides a water-repellent barrier that prolongs leathers life adding moisture and flexibility to both dry, cracking leather!!  This will even soften stiff new leather making it look and FEEL so SOFT!!!!!!

We couldn’t wait to get to work on our couch.  Dilute 2 tablespoons of Leather Honey Leather Cleaner into 1 cup of water. Clean your leather. DO NOT SATURATE the leather, you really don’t need too either, this cleaner goes a long way and cleans SO WELL!!  HOLY MOLY!!! Check out these photo’s! This is the dirt that we picked up from just one cushion. I promise, we have cleaned this couch before, but you sure wouldn’t know it from the cleaning cloth!  WOW!!  Let the leather completely dry.  We let our couch dry over night. Then follow with Leather Honey Leather Conditioner. THIS is where the magic really happens. Apply with a brush or lint free cloth. Let the conditioner completely dry at least 2 hours but preferably over night.  Then follow with a dry cloth, buffing lightly just grabbing any product that didn’t soak in. Our poor little couch absorbed every single drop.
