Miss Kay Duck Commander Kitchen Cookbook

I love Duck Dynasty! It’s one of my favorite shows! Must be the country girl in me. Duck Dynasty is funny, I laugh OUT LOUD through out the entire show. Miss Kay, well, she is one of my favorites. I was blessed to be allowed to hold a giveaway for Miss Kay’s House Warming prize pack from Clayton Homes (I have to take a minute and tell you, if you are looking for a new home, you owe it to yourself to check out Clayton Homes. I was lucky enough to be sent one of the items that Shirley will be enjoying, Miss Kay’s Duck Commander Kitchen.  This is more than a cookbook. This is Faith, Family and Food!!  This is a scrapbook, a storybook, a picture book and of course a cookbook. Fun facts about one of the most fascinating families on TV. With each of the recipes there is a NOTE either from Miss Kay or one of the other family members. I love the little notes, they are just like the notes that my Grandma wrote in her cookbooks. If you are DD obsessed like I am. GRAB this Cookbook!! 

I made “Everybody’s Favorite Crunch Salad” and true to it’s name!! OH MY GOODNESS delicious!!!  SO VERY GOOD!!  This I will make for the next family get together and everyone after that!!

There is a Hot Spinach Dip that I can’t wait to make!! Just the picture makes my mouth water!! 

There’s “girly” food for a gathering of your best girlfriends, like Aunt Judy’s Cranberry Salad, as well as dishes straight from the hunt like Boiled Squirrel and Dumplings.
