My AdvoCare Challenge Day 24 Update!

I am so proud of myself!  I just completed my 24-Day Challenge with AdvoCare. This is my follow-up and thoughts post.

I’ve lost 14.5 pounds!! But, more than the weight loss, I feel GREAT!! I have extra energy.  I am more AWAKE during the day.

The Cleanse Phase The Herbal Cleanse is an orange drink. It’s on the thick side, but guzzle it and your done.  OmegaPlex is a couple of easy to swallow pills.  Then there is Spark. Ohhh how I love my Spark!! LOVE this stuff.  Spark starts my day off with such energy!!  Seriously, as I drink my 8 ounce Spark drink I can literally feel my eyes open and the yawns and butt dragging are gone before I finish my drink. Bonus it tastes GREAT!!!  I just ordered a box of Watermelon flavor. Doesn’t that sound delicious?? I’ll let ya know.  The orange flavor and the punch are 2 thumbs way up!

I tried to eat better, more fresh veggies, less fast food.  More water. Okay more water is a lie. I didn’t drink water before.  NOW?!  Now I drink a gallon of water a day.  I carry my huge jug with me everywhere.  If I don’t drink my water I wake up with a headache!  WHO knew my body would like this water stuff??

The Herbal Cleanse is not harsh. I wasn’t tied to the bathroom. I didn’t have to learn where every bathroom was between home and San Diego. This was a gentle but very effective cleanse.

Day’s 11 through 24 were also easy. The Meal Replacement Shakes are delicious. Like drinking a really creamy glass of chocolate milk. Filling! Whenever I feel the need to pig out I have a shake and I’m back in control. The Metabolic Nutrition System comes in a strip.  Each strip is packets of supplements. Each packet is marked with the time of day to take the supplements. Making it super easy to follow.

None of the supplements made me jumpy or made my heart race. This entire system really works together for optimal success.
