NuYou Labs Garcinia Cambogia Liquid Drops Review

The older I get the less motivated I am to lose weight. It’s harder now than when I was in my 20’s. Heck, it’s harder to stay motivated today versus yesterday! Now, Garcinia Cambogia Liquid Drops have a citrus taste that isn’t too bad, it’s rather on the sweet side but since you only take about 20 drops or so I power through. (I’m a trooper aren’t I?) You are supposed to take your 20 drops an hour before you eat. For me that’s hard to do. I don’t know when the kids are going to want to eat lunch and when they sit, I sit! So I started taking 20 drops first thing in the morning and I take them on an empty stomach. I do not get the jitters or an upset stomach. I do notice that I am not craving sweets and I’m not snacking non-stop. THAT is a big bonus. I then take another 20 drops around 12pm and I try to remember to take another 20 around 4pm.

The drops go under your tongue. Now the bottle doesn’t say anything about how long to hold the drops in your mouth; but I try for a minute.

WHINES

I can honestly say I’m less hungry and I don’t eat as much when I do have a meal when I remember to take my Garcinia Cambogia Liquid Drops. The taste is real sweet so that would be the only whine I have.

Now obviously, the best way to lose weight is to cut back on what you eat, drink more water and exercise. I know that. YOU know that. But, if you are looking for an added boost to help curb your appetite and to have the energy to exercise then I believe these drops are definitely worth a try. Even with everything going on with my daughter’s wedding coming up in FOUR days! I’ve still managed to lose 6.2 pounds. Trust me, if you could see what I ate and drank in these last 3 weeks you’d be amazed that I had any loss whatsoever!!
