Slim & Sassy From doTERRA Review & GIVEAWAY!!
I was approached by Nancy Chipriano a doTERRA representative to see if I would like to try Slim and Sassy, a weight-loss blend. Since I am a huge fan of essential oils and SO horribly over weight, I jumped at the chance. (Not having a regular 9 to 5 job has done a ‘job’ on my ever-expanding derrière!!)
Nancy is super helpful and so nice! Nancy is down 16 pounds with Slim & Sassy! So I wanted to follow how she took her drops. Nancy suggested that I try a few drops under my tongue before meals or when I was hungry. I hold about 4 or 5 drops under my tongue for a minute or more. Actually as long as I can and then swallow. Then I follow-up with a glass of water. The taste well, at first was hard to get use too, it is a very strong taste. Now, after a few weeks I don’t mind it. Added bonus my breath is fresh! One of the things that I like about Slim & Sassy is the fact that there doesn’t seem to be a wrong way to take this. For some adding this to juice or a smoothie works.
I also add 6 to 8 drops to my 32 ounces of lemon water that I sip throughout the day. If you need to you could add a sweetener to the water, I enjoy lemon water and since the Slim & Sassy is so diluted I’m fine with the taste.
Those four or five drops significantly reduces my appetite and my cravings for sweets!!
After my 2nd week The Husband commented that I looked like I was loosing. That was a big boost!! I’ve been able to easily slide my jeans on straight from the dryer without problems!! SWWWWWEEEEETTTT!!!
Slim & Sassy did not give me any jitters. No upset stomach, no headaches, just a decrease in appetite!!
My first week took me down 4 pounds and then the second week I was down an additional 2. Week three down 1.5 pounds. And so far another half a pound this week. I still have about 50 to go, but 8 pounds in 3 weeks is AMAZING to me because I didn’t really try!!
