Zelite Infinity 8″ Bread Knife Review
Zelite Infinity has outdone themselves once again with this 8″ Bread knife. This knife is made with heavy duty VG10 Super Steel clad with 66 layer high carbon stainless steel blade. So, what does that mean to a non-technical gal like me? It means it’s Sharp. VERY SHARP! Razor sharp. Yes, I did once again cut my finger because I had to play with the blade. So, from me, just don’t touch the blade. Use the knife what it’s meant for. Bread! Only Bread Connie…. not fingers!
The Zelite Infinity knife has a tapered bolster which most knives don’t have. As a matter of fact not a single one of my knives has this feature. The bolster is a shelf like area for your thumb and truly gives you a comfortable hold.
The blade on this bread knife will never stain or rust! And are you ready for this? The blade never needs sharpening. EVER!
However, as beautiful this 8″ Bread Knife is that doesn’t mean anything unless it cuts well. This knife is as strong and sharp as it is beautiful. Using this knife I can easily slice bread as thin as I want with ease. But, I can also easily slice the ripest of tomato’s, kiwi and other soft items without squashing or flattening bread or fruit!!
More to love about Zelite Infinity; they offer a risk free, LIFETIME guarantee! They offer a 100% Satisfaction or your Money Back, No Questions Asked.
WHINES
Not a single whine from me!! This is a beautiful knife. Extremely sharp. The Zelite Infinity never needs sharpening. What could I whine about? Since these knives come beautifully boxed this would be a perfect wedding gift! Seriously, anyone lucky enough to receive these knives will thank you!

I could use a good bread knife. You need to have a special knife to cut bread or all you get is crumbs.

That looked like a nice solidly constructed bread knife. I can’t tell you how many knives I have ruined (not bread knives) just trying to cut through a chunk of cheese, because of poor construction. This one looks fantastic. Oh how I could use a full set of sharp, well constructed knives.

Lol, I’m one of those nuts who just has to test how sharp it is by touching it, too! I just never seem to trust the claim of sharpness because it’s so rarely true, but if it cut you then this one might be a real winner! (That sounds bad, ha! It’s a winner because it’s sharp not because it cut you.)

Looks good & sounds even better EXCEPT for that one word, ‘sharp’! I’m one of life’s clumsy clots & just cannot use sharp knives. It’s dull all the way for me or else I use scissors but even then …

Did you say the blade never needs sharpening?!!! Now that’s what I call a good knife!
