Today I’m thrilled to share my review of Watercolour by Viktoria Maksymova. Viktoria has 18 years of experience teaching art to children and adults in the Ukraine and Australia. Together with her husband Vyacheslav Frolov they have created an app that fills me with hope that I can learn to paint! This app is so beautifully written.
