I am a stationery junkie!! Stationery, thank you cards, cards in general…. I have a real addiction!! I have a new favorite site too!! Belle Announcements. I think Thank You cards are becoming a thing of the past. That makes me sad. When my kids were little there was no spending birthday money until the cards were written. I think saying thank you is an important lesson. I wish more people took the time to sit and write a thank you card. You don’t have to write a lot. Toddlers can scribble inside a card and Mom or Dad can write “Alice says thank you! She loves her puzzle!” Preschoolers can write their name and ‘thank you’. Done…. it’s an acknowledgement that your gift was appreciated. Thank you cards don’t have to be pages long. But, they are important. Beautiful thank you cards make them even easier to write.
