Deep Sleep With Andrew Johnson MP3
If you’ve been around my blog awhile, you know I have a heck of a time sleeping!! I can’t turn my mind off. I can’t get comfortable, I toss and I turn. Everyone knows that a good night’s sleep is so important for both your physical and mental health. Not to mention keeping up with 2 year old Alice on very little good sleep? Well, it’s not fun for either of us!! I know when I do get a goodnight rest I have more energy during the day. I am clearer headed. I am 100% more productive during the day!! So, I jumped and did somersaults when I was approved to review an app to help me sleep called, Deep Sleep With Andrew Johnson. This is an MP3 that I downloaded from my computer to my iPad. Andrew recommends using Deep Sleep with headphones. Andrew is extremely easy to listen too with his soothing and very hypnotic voice. I am really impressed that Andrew doesn’t start right in with the techniques, he actually gives you a couple minutes to settle in bed, get comfortable. If I had it to do all over again I would do things differently! When I hit my dream weight I would fight tooth and nail to STAY there!! I would NOT be a sun worshiper, pale is good!!
