• Sharing a Sweet Future

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Truvia® Natural Sweetener for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine. I’m humbled by this opportunity to share with you information about “Sharing a Sweet Future” I have to admit it, the only time I’ve ever thought about Bolivia is when I’m watching Robert Redford and Paul Newman in Butch Cassidy and The Sundance Kid. I truly, had no idea that every single day over 40% of Bolivian families can’t afford even the most basic foods. Even worse, two-thirds of the Bolivian population lives below the poverty line!! These kids aren’t getting enough to eat!! They have vitamin and nutritional deficiencies. So, I’m excited to be a part of “Sharing a Sweet Future” which is thanks to Truvia®. Truvia® is responsible for the charitable initiative that will help over 34,705 Bolivian school kids receive well balanced, nutritional school meals!! Share the Truvia® brand’s video to support their Sharing a Sweet Future initiative. $1 feeds 4 kids. Truvia® brand has really earned a spot in my heart, by their commitment to work with the World Food Program USA to help provide Bolivian kids and families with a sweeter future. Thanks to the Truvia®…

  • Epica Demi Lune Pizza Cutter!

WOW! Epica products continue to surprise me with their quality and affordability!!! This is the Epica Demi Lune 13 3/4″ Pizza Cutter. I have to say this is the easiest way to cut a pizza I’ve ever used!! I’m one of those people that has always used a knife. It’s messy, I always end out burning my fingers on hot pizza. The Demi Lune is the same size as the pizza! Use a rocking motion to cut, using hardly any pressure at all!!  WOW!! I’m so impressed at the ease of cutting a pizza.  WHO KNEW!??! The correct tool for the job would even include pizza cutting?!?!?  Seriously! The entire pizza was cut into 8 slices QUICKLY!!! BONUS, all my toppings stayed right where they were supposed to be!! The Demi Lune is commercial quality. 18/0 stainless steel and is dishwasher safe. (Although it cleans up super fast and easy I don’t think you need to put it in the dishwasher… ya know… just sayin’) The top of the pizza cutter is comfortable to hold. The entire thing is weight balanced for minimal effort. I’m not kidding this truly was the easiest I’ve ever cut a pizza.   This is…

  • I’m Kegeling. Are You? T-shirt GiveAWAY!!

    Lady in a funny tshirt

First, I’m lovin’ this t-shirt! ALMOST as much as I love Cystex®! My regular followers know how much I’m fighting this aging thing. (AGAIN… getting older is NOT for SISSIES!!)  Kegels are so good for bladder health. Doing daily Kegels is an easy way to get stronger, and better bladder control. BONUS… no one knows you’re doing them– so there’s no excuse!!  Driving to my daughter’s house everyday to watch Alice, I do my Kegels at every stop light. It’s a game. I’ve done it so long now it’s automatic. Just in case you don’t know how to do a Kegel, they are super easy. Kegels are done by squeezing and holding your pelvic floor muscles up and in. Almost like an ab crunch. Most healthcare professionals suggest Kegeling regularly for ten seconds three times a day, to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles in a pre-emptive defense of many bladder issues. I’ve got a great video you HAVE TO WATCH!! Cystex’s “I’m Kegeling!  Are You?” music video and you’ll see just how easy it is. How cute is that video?!?! AND I get to giveaway that same t-shirt!! But, you also have a chance to win the Kegeling t-shirt by going…
