Creative Bioscience Diet Follow Up

I’ve finished my Creative Bioscience products and I have to say……… GREAT JOB Creative Bioscience!!! The three products I tried were easy to use! EFFECTIVE without jitters, shakes or racing heartbeat. These are great diet aids!

The rcc 1234 which stands for Rapid Colon Cleanse. This is effective in getting your diet started. I promise, I wasn’t camped out in the bathroom. I had no stomach cramping. Just a gentle and thorough cleansing! Take 4 tablets a day. The bottle contains 64 Veggie Capsules that will last for 16 days.  Just an FYI rcc 1234 doesn’t contain any soy, wheat, corn, yeast, no citrus, milk or egg. There is no sugar, salt or starch. Next the eAC 1234 which stands for Energy Appetite Control. This you will take 2 capsules a day. The bottle contains 60 veggie capsules, so one bottle will last you for 30 days. I felt no jitters, no shakes, no racing heartbeat. I did feel full faster. I didn’t want to munch in between meals. If I did start to over eat I would start to feel uncomfortable.  I love that! These products really do keep that hunger down.

Last and of course my favorite is the hcg 1234. 10 hcg drops under the tongue 3 times a day. You’ll want to take this 30 minutes before you eat. You also have to not eat or drink 10 minutes BEFORE taking the drops. This one was harder to do. I usually forget to take the drops before meals. BUT, when I did remember I was WAY, WAY less hungry. This is a fairly large bottle 2 fluid ounces and will last for 120 servings. The taste is almost an alcohol taste to it. BTW there is pure grain alcohol in the hcg 1234 drops. NOT enough for a buzz I promise. The first 2 or 3 seconds that you hold the hcg under your tongue there is a slight tingle, which I don’t mind at all. Hold under your tongue for one to two minutes. I have to admit, the HCG really gives me that extra energy. I was so happy that I had that with me in Yosemite where all you do is hike.

All in all I am impressed with all three of the products.  Trying to diet and camp-out was not the easiest thing to do, but with the help of Creative Bioscience 1234 products I didn’t gain an ounce!!
