Same stuff different day
I walked with Kaki, I paid attention to what and how much I ate, which is a constant battle! Do you think it ever gets easier?? For instance today I wanted an Apple Fritter!!! (Well, that and whole lot of other foods that aren’t good choices) Stupid diet!! (I mean life style change!) I want an apple fritter!! But I resisted for today. I settled for a frosty Diet Dr. Pepper and a frozen Yoplait Whip. Now I’m headed to a bubble bath………. a magazine and maybe a full 8 hour sleep?? See how good I am!??!
Aaaaahhh who are we kidding? I’m getting an apple fritter tomorrow! Just don’t tell anyone!
