I’ve told you guys over and over how much trouble I have sleeping at night. I can’t quiet my mind, I toss and turn and then I’m a zombie the next day. Chasing a 3-year-old zombie style is NOT fun!! I was thrilled to be able to review the ORBit Relaxation Lamp from Verilux. This is the most unique lamp; the perfect way to unwind and relax.

So, what is an ORBit Relaxation Lamp? It’s a wireless, battery operated ORBit that speeds up your slow down. The light is very mesmerizing and relaxing. The ORBit transitions through a calming array of hues of the three primary colors. The mini lantern also has a mode for crisp, Natural Spectrum® white illumination; it’s perfect for those places where you need some extra light.

Light therapy can be as effective for enhancing relaxation as it is for energy and focus. Everyone can benefit from light therapy at bedtime. The ORBit Lamp truly helps you unwind!

The ORBit Lamp requires four AA batteries. Batteries are not included with the lamp.  The lamp ONLY works on batteries so their are no cords and can be placed anywhere!! It also never gets hot! So it’s safe for kids rooms too.

To turn the ORBit on just push down on the top; the lamp immediately starts with the color changing light. To get to the white light just push the top a second time. The ORBit Light is so soothing and calming; it’s hard not to just stare at it. It really is VERY relaxing!!

MORE TO LOVE

Since the ORBit is wireless it’s easy to take it anywhere! Even camping!! And it’s super cute too!!

WHINES

I do have a couple of whines. I wish there was a timer so that the lamp would go off by itself. I really could fall asleep with this light on! Granted it will run for up to 100 hours on a set of batteries; but I really do wish for that timer. My second whine is the fact that you have to press through to the bright white light to turn off the ORBit. Now it’s not a super bright light but after I’m so relaxed and calm that white light is well, whine worthy.
