    I’d love to be in a gym women only, but it seems non-existent. Also, I just want to use machines and do my own thing. Many of the nearby options are mostly classes with not much equipment, or they are for serious weight lifters etc. Right now my insurance will pay but I haven’t found the combo good for me.

    This is a great post for everyone to read. I toured one gym in my area and it was total ‘meat market’ the only thing that was missing was the cocktail waitresses! lol I’d rather work out at home.
