I also received a 100% essential oil in Patchouli Oil. (MAN did that send me right back to junior high and high school!! I used to wear Patchouli all the time!! I love the scent!!)
I like that each of the sprays has the directions to make your own refill! That is such a bonus in my book!
I have enjoyed each of the sprays I received. “Pep Talk” is such a happy scent! For me “First Response” is a calming scent. And Patcholi, well, that just makes me feel like a teenager again!
The little booklet that came with the oils is a wonderful cheat sheet for Yoga poses and what oils will benefit you in mind, body and spirit! Each page has a recipe for a massage blend using Aura Cacia essential oils and Annie’s Quick Tips. For instance Enhance creative visualization with a simple whiff of bergamot.
