Aromatherapy and essential oils….. is there anything better for relaxing? Or getting energized? Only if you add yoga and aromatherapy!!
I’m so excited to share with you Aura Cacia’s Pure Aromatherapy!
I received 2 aromatherapy Essential Solutions Mists “Pep Talk” to motivate & inspire positive thinking. Put some pep in your step with this blend of spicy cardamom, invigorating peppermint and energizing citrus to clear the cobwebs, inspire decision making and dissipate the doldrums. Perk up with Pep Talk!
The second bottle is “First Response” protect & purify your atmosphere. I cut and pasted the notes for you to see how detailed each bottle is with directions and uses, besides what ingredients are in each spray.
I love that the 2ounce aluminum bottle is small enough to fit inside my purse.
Both Essential Solution Mists sell for $7.99
I also received a 100% essential oil in Patchouli Oil. (MAN did that send me right back to junior high and high school!! I used to wear Patchouli all the time!! I love the scent!!)
I like that each of the sprays has the directions to make your own refill! That is such a bonus in my book!
I have enjoyed each of the sprays I received. “Pep Talk” is such a happy scent! For me “First Response” is a calming scent. And Patcholi, well, that just makes me feel like a teenager again!
The little booklet that came with the oils is a wonderful cheat sheet for Yoga poses and what oils will benefit you in mind, body and spirit! Each page has a recipe for a massage blend using Aura Cacia essential oils and Annie’s Quick Tips. For instance Enhance creative visualization with a simple whiff of bergamot.
Aura Cacia’s authentic essential oils come from face-to-face dealings with the people that grow the plants and extract the oils from places like Ukraine, Morocco, Oregon and Madagascar. They visit the suppliers frequently to assure they are finding the best source of oils.
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
