BYB® Solar Power Flagpole Light GIVEAWAY!!

For the fourth of July The Husband installed our new Solar Power Flagpole Light from BYB®. I have to say this little guy is pretty AWESOME!!

First, the BYB is an add on to YOUR existing Flagpole and Flag. This is a round disk that has six, 5V 600mA solar panels on the top that collect the sun light in the daylight hours and illuminate your flag in the evening. Illuminate as in 120 Lamp Luminous Flux(lm) that provides of 20% More Flag Coverage consistent light.

Use with most 15-25 inches flag poles with a 0.5 inches 1/2 thick rod at the top. WATER PROOF

BYB solar light flog pole is specifically designed for the illumination of flag poles or exterior scenes throughout the evening hours. The light source is super bright LED which can work up to 8 hours at night after a full sunny day of charging.


The LED bulbs of BYB flag pole light are selected for their brilliance and durability as well as their long life spans and it will never need to be replaced and will remain cool bright at all times, providing safe lighting throughout the years.

Installation couldn’t have been easier! Just unscrew the topper on your current flag pole. We have a baseball size ball on ours. There is a hole in the center of the BYB Solar Light it simply slides on. Turn your light on. Add the 3 AA batteries for back up if you would like. Then re-attach the topper and hang your flag.

I am still blown away at how bright this light is!! WOW!!

A couple of things to note, extreme cold temperatures, or in a cloudy, or rainy, or snowy days, the battery may not be fully charge. As a result the Solar Light may not stay illuminated all night long.

Not a single one!! This illuminates our flag. Bonus it makes our porch even that much brighter and in turn deters the bad guys from snoopin’ around the front of the house.

    This creativity is a good idea. Putting a solar power in a flagpole sure will be helpful. I know other companies will going to try it out. Reading this blog will give you idea on how it really works.
