5 Tips I Can Share About Self Tanners!
Look at me bein’ all responsible and such! Actually, taking my own advice and not laying out in the sun. Using self tanners and sunscreen and I still have that sun kissed glow. # 1 and probably THE most important tip I have If this is your first attempt at self tanners DO NOT DO THIS the night before a big event. Yes, you can take that from my own PERSONAL experience. Thankfully, jeans are acceptable at any event I attend. So, my advice is too practice. #2 Use a spray mist tanner. I find it’s much easier than a lotion type. I like the Pureauty Naturals Sunless Tanner (Amazon or on their website) the best. First, the tanner is a spray mist. I like that, it means no rubbing. It’s also a light color that you can build on. The spray is hydrating. The unique formula contains Aloe Leaf Extract to help nourish and moisturize your skin. Remember my new mantra PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE!! #3 EXFOLIATE, EXFOLIATE, EXFOLIATE. That NEEDED the 3-time chant. If you exfoliate the tan will not only go on better but look better as well. I’ve also found that the tan lasts longer as well.…

Don’t SNEEZE! Okaysou Airmic4s Air Purifier
I may need to buy another face mask since this Covid-19 seems like it will never go away! Here is my reasoning. Allergy season is here in Idaho. I sneeze, I cough, and I can NOT keep my eyes from watering and running. People in the store people glare at you. So, my new face mask has to say “It’s JUST ALLERGIES! HONEST!” It’s not like I can carry an air purifier around with me everywhere. However, I am perfectly comfortable at home even though my home is surrounded by trees and a big ole hairy dog inside. Add to that the constant construction in and around our home and the neighbor behind us. Dust. A fine layer of dust EVERY. WHERE. ALL. THE. TIME. I swear, if anyone moves ANYTHING even the slightest THEY have to dust the entire area. This dust! I swear I will never get ahead of it. I’m in serious need of a dust air purifier! Send one ASAP! So how am I so comfortable? Do I live in my own private bubble suit? Noooooo I have a secret weapon. Although a bubble suit that acted like a sauna would be great for weight loss………

Obesity: What next?
Overweight and obesity are global trends affecting millions of people worldwide. Almost half the population of the United States has a bit of extra weight, while each third American has obesity. Many people believe obesity is just an aesthetic problem and do not realize its health complications. However, having trouble finding brands that fit your body is not a problem at all compared to the damage it does to your internal organs. What is obesity? Obesity is commonly defined as having an excess of body fat. The commonly accepted way to tell if you are obese or not is by measuring your Body Mass Index, or BMI. If you are a metric system user, it is very simple to calculate your BMI. You should divide your weight in kilograms by your square height in meters. For example, if a person is 1.70 m tall and weighs 65 kg, their BMI will be 65/1.72 =24.5. However, for imperial system users, it is a bit more difficult because the formula was developed for the metric system. If you do not know your height and weight in meters and kilograms, you can use the same formula for inches and pounds and multiply the…
