Alice and I were so excited to get our The Learning Journey Techno Gears Marble Mania Crankster Building Kit!! We pulled everything out of the box along with very detailed instructions are several bags of parts. I was impressed with the way the pieces are packaged together making it easy to find the correct pieces when called out in the instructions. There are over 100 pieces in the Marble Mania Techno Gears Crankster set. With the help of one very adorable 4 year old I realized I was in over my head and called in the help of Pop-Pop. While kids that are 6 and over would be able to put this together alone a 4 year old and a direction-ally challenged NaNa ….. well not so much!! My nice neat little piles of blocks and pieces were being handed to me faster than I could find the next step in the booklet. Pop-Pop to the rescue!! Growing Purple Amethyst Crystals!!!
I love it when I come across a company that combines learning, FUN and overall WOW THAT’S SOOOOO COOL; factors. This one does!! Hello Discover With Dr. Cool‘s Crystal Growing Kit; Purple Amethyst. Alice and I grew CRYSTALS!!! I mean real purple amethyst crystals!! Crystals that look like ones you buy in the store. I swear I always thought crystals were cut and polished to the shape. Whistlefritz On Va Jouer!! YES! (Let’s Play)
It’s no secret I’m a huge fan of Whistlefritz CD’s and DVD’s. These are FUN ways for kids to learn a new language! Whistlefritz CD’s and DVD’s have received so many awards, from Parents’ Choice, Mom’s Choice, Mr. Dad, The Dove Foundation, NAPPA and KIDS FIRST! The folks at Booklist has praised them as “perfect for both school and home settings.” Alice, Emma, Eli and myself AGREE!! 8 thumbs UP from my crew.
