Little Star Lullabies is a beautifully written and performed album of sweet, soft music. Baby Alice is a diehard Elmo fan.  Put on a re-run of Elmo and she’ll fall asleep.  But today I opted to try Little Star Lullabies. Track one…The Stars Come Out to Say Goodnight……..Alice 100%  fighting nap time. This is pretty normal.Track two…Cradle Song….. did I just see a yawn? WHaaaaaa???Track three…..Greenwood……. Alice can barely keep her eyes open. My chin is on my chest.TRACK FOUR?!?!…… Berceuse  ……ALICE is OUT COLD!!! I truly am in shock right now. I can’t even stress to you how amazed I am right now ……. I am astonished that she is asleep!! I need to mention the other songs included on this CD are: Sleep my Baby, Gondola Song, Twinkle Twinkle Little Star and Across the Milky Way. Vaughan Jones is brilliant!! These lullabies WORK!!  I mean out like a light ….. soooo quickly.  I’ve found that even as I sit here writing my review with Little Star Lullabies playing in the background I’m relaxed and thinking that a nap sounds like a heavenly idea!! The music includes flutes, harp, strings, it’s just beautiful!!!  You can tell this CD…
