Eat Green Tea Review!


You read that right EATGreenTea. As in EAT what looks to be what you brew!! WHY?? Because you will get a BOOST of energy that compares to NOTHING else out there!! Next, most of the powerful antioxidants found in green tea leaves are not extracted during the brewing process. When you throw away tea leaves, you are throwing away most of the nutrition. To get the full health benefits of green tea – you need to eat the whole leaf.

I have to share my story about the first time I tried EatGreenTea. I didn’t read anything before I tried it, I wanted to see what I felt vs what I was supposed to feel. So first I sprinkled it over a small portion of my dinner, just a couple of bites. I’m not crazy. I’m not wasting a perfectly awesome dinner if this tasted bad. I ended out sprinkling the rest of the packet, about 1 Tablespoon worth over the rest of my DINNER.  Yea…. in case you didn’t catch that the first time around. The taste, well, you are eating GREEN TEA leaves so it’s crunchy but softens quickly if you’re mixing it in a heated food.  There is a slight taste of tea but not like you would think. Really just such a slight taste. With absolutely no after taste. I have mixed my EatGreenTea into oatmeal, smoothie, egg stuffed burrito and even with peanut butter and a bagel. The  possibilities are endless. Some of the foods I’ve mixed EatGreenTea into I can’t even taste the difference. It doesn’t change the color of foods at all. It’s weird, I would have thought it was all I would taste, but now, I’ve gotten so used to the taste I don’t even think about it anymore. I’ve also already ordered another bag. This stuff ROCKS!!!

I had my Grandbabies the E’s (Emma 5 and Eli 3) all weekend.  I kept up with them. I OUT DID THEM!!! They are zonked out and I’m feeling creative and wide awake!! I think clearer, I am PRODUCTIVE!! I am addicted to Eat Green Tea!!
