Eat Green Tea Review!

You read that right EATGreenTea. As in EAT what looks to be what you brew!! WHY?? Because you will get a BOOST of energy that compares to NOTHING else out there!! Next, most of the powerful antioxidants found in green tea leaves are not extracted during the brewing process. When you throw away tea leaves, you are throwing away most of the nutrition. To get the full health benefits of green tea – you need to eat the whole leaf.

I have to share my story about the first time I tried EatGreenTea. I didn’t read anything before I tried it, I wanted to see what I felt vs what I was supposed to feel. So first I sprinkled it over a small portion of my dinner, just a couple of bites. I’m not crazy. I’m not wasting a perfectly awesome dinner if this tasted bad. I ended out sprinkling the rest of the packet, about 1 Tablespoon worth over the rest of my DINNER.

Yea…. in case you didn’t catch that the first time around. I sprinkled EatGreenTea on my dinner.  I had MORE energy and was MORE wide awake than I have been in well…. a very long time!! Like, wide AWAKE until 3 in the morning!! Productive YES, but still I should have been asleep.

So right now….. before I tell you anything else, USE this in the morning.  NOT in the afternoon. (Unless of course you are headed out for the evening!) For the record EatGreenTea tastes AWESOME mixed into stuffing!!20130825_151310

The taste, well, you are eating GREEN TEA leaves so it’s crunchy but softens quickly if you’re mixing it in a heated food.  There is a slight taste of tea but not like you would think. Really just such a slight taste.

With absolutely no after taste. I have mixed my EatGreenTea into oatmeal, smoothie, egg stuffed burrito and even with peanut butter and a bagel. The  possibilities are endless. Some of the foods I’ve mixed EatGreenTea into I can’t even taste the difference. It doesn’t change the color of foods at all. It’s weird, I would have thought it was all I would taste, but now, I’ve gotten so used to the taste I don’t even think about it anymore. I’ve also already ordered another bag. This stuff ROCKS!!!

I had my Grandbabies the E’s (Emma 5 and Eli 3) all weekend.  I kept up with them. I OUT DID THEM!!! They are zonked out and I’m feeling creative and wide awake!! I think clearer, I am PRODUCTIVE!! I am addicted to Eat Green Tea!!

There is 100 times more EGCG (a powerful antioxidant) in EatGreenTea whole leaves than there is in brewed green tea. That’s 100 times more antioxidants than brewed tea found in just 1 tablespoon of our edible green tea leaves.

So now, I’ve got you convinced to start EATING green tea instead of simply drinking it. NOW think about what is in the tea leaves. EatGreenTea has collected samples from organic farms all over the world and had them analyzed at a lab for the presence of heavy metals. EatGreenTea chose the farm that had the purest tea leaves they could find anywhere.

So, not only are you getting all the antioxidants you need when you EatGreenTea, but the caffeine content is about the same as a single cup of brewed tea. But, here is my favorite part! The benefit of EatGreenTea is your body will absorb the caffeine more slowly because its caffeine content is alkaline, not acidic like in coffee or other tea. So rather than getting a huge surge in energy followed by a crash, you’ll experience a more sustained energy release throughout the day without stomach upset. I PROMISE these leaves are amazing!

Be sure to check their site to see all the other amazing benefits!! I can’t wait to try the powder next. What will you use EatGreenTea for??

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

I’m Refreshing My Blog (and Exorcising Some Digital Ghosts)

Updating old blog content is a lot like digital archaeology. You head into the archives expecting to dust off a few old tutorials, and you end up unearthing questionable life choices from seven years ago. Between the aggressively over-filtered photos and advice that has aged like room-temperature milk, the past can be… loud.

But lately, I haven’t just been fighting my own cringey archives. I’ve been dealing with a full-on resident spirit: The Ghost of Peanut Butter and Whine.

This digital poltergeist has been causing absolute chaos behind the scenes, and frankly, its taste in content is terrible. If you’ve noticed things looking a little haunted around here, here is the proof:

  • The Video & Image Vanishing Act: Our resident ghost has been deleting my best images and helpful video tutorials, leaving behind sad, empty boxes where vibrant content used to live.
  • The Link Graveyard: In a truly sinister move, the spirit has been sneakily stripping away my trusted brand partners and replacing them with sketchy “AI Crypto” links. (I love peanut butter, but I am not shilling digital coins, I promise!)
  • Font Sabotage: Apparently, this ghost is trapped in 2001 because it keeps reverting my clean, modern text back to “Geocities-era” antique fonts.

My 2026 Blog Refresh Plan

I’m giving my archives a much-needed facelift to keep my blog traffic climbing and my readers happy. If you want to boost your own site’s performance, updating old blog content is the ultimate secret weapon.

Here is my step-by-step exorcism plan:

  1. Exorcise the 404s: I’m running a rigorous broken link checker to track down every dead end, missing video, and broken image this ghost left behind.
  2. Modernize the Recommendations: It’s time to swap out outdated products from years ago for my absolute 2026 essentials.
  3. SEO Deep Clean: I’m updating my metadata and ensuring my focus keywords are strategically placed in the headers and introduction for maximum search engine impact.

Stick Around Please!

Don’t let this be a “one and done” visit. While I’m cleaning house and banishing spirits, check out these (very much alive) links:

Winner Winner Chicken Dinner: Check out the sidebar for my current giveaway. I promise this one is fully alive, kicking, and ghost-free!
