Great mail day!

It was a great mail day today!  I received my bracelet from Renee at Giveaways with Grace It’s so pretty! The bracelet is from the Beads for Learning

The second box contained a bunch of goodies and just in time! Salonpas is a pain relief patch.  My elbows have been hurting so badly today! Last time my elbows hurt this bad I blew up my heating pad in the microwave… yup yup… tried to get it REALLY hot and it backfired.  I haven’t gotten around to making a new heating pad yet, so these pain patches have helped aLOT! I can’t believe how hot these patches get. It’s so great to have some relief!!
