Mega Mesh Screen Door Review

I remember a time when all the doors had screen doors. Not anymore. Or is that just in California? So, we started shopping for a screen door, HOLY MOLY they are expensive!! Check out my alternative! Mega Mesh Premium Magnetic Screen Door. Absolutely brilliant product! First, the Mega Mesh Screen Door takes no tools to install and from the second this screen is up, the super fine mesh keeps the bugs OUT!!

Installation

Line up your pieces of sticky backed Velcro (Which is included) on the door frame, to the Velcro sewn onto screen.  I like that the matching Velcro is sewn on to the mesh screen, it really makes the whole screen hold on to the door frame with a strong bond. I had our new screen door up in less than 10 minutes. It would have been faster, but 4 year old Eli helped.

The screen is large. A full 36″ wide and 83″ long.  More to love is the fact that this screen closes automatically after you walk through, with the help of super STRONG magnets!! 26 of them to be exact.  The magnets are sewn into the seam of the door. When you walk through the screen the weight and the strength of the magnets work in harmony to close the screen.  I LOVE that!!! Eli was determined to test whether the screen would close every time. It did. So far today, Mega Mesh Screen Door 56, Eli 0.

Even the dog can come and go on his own too! SWEET!!! This screen is even Eli proof!!

SWEET!!!  A bug free home and no slamming of the screen door! MAN! That’s a noise I will never miss.
