I really like that they offer Energy Star construction option on some homes for those looking to lower bills and help the environment.

I learned that if you don’t see the home of your dreams at your local home center, you can choose a floor plan from the hundreds of modular and manufactured homes available in your area that will be custom built to satisfy your individual needs.

I love the Modular homes.Being able to go say exactly what you want is so cool. My dad and step-mom had their house built that way. My dad is a contractor but didn’t have time to build his own house. Its a really nice house. I’m a HUGE Duck Dynasty fan too! I laugh so hard on every show. I love the fact that they aren’t swearing, they’re having good clean fun. Thank you for the oh so awesome giveaway 🙂

i learned that they can build to your specifications in typically less than half the time of conventional site-built homes with a fraction of the waste
