Mrs. Cubbisons Edible Centerpiece Challenge!

I love a good challenge.  This one is SO FUN!!!  The challenge that Mrs. Cubbison’s issued was “Can you make an edible centerpiece?”  Why… yes, YES I can!!  Challenge accepted!!
Now you know I’m all about the Grandbabies!!  I love to review things that center around them. SO why not make an edible centerpiece for Easter with Grandbabies in mind?!?!
The awesome people at Mrs. Cubbison’s sent a box with Mrs. Cubbison’s Stuffing and Crouton’s, an apron and a kitchen towel. The design on the apron and towel got me to thinking. I should incorporate chicks and eggs!!
I have a pretty green serving dish which I put stuffing inside.  A quick trip to Michael’s Craft store and I bought chick candy containers which I filled with Mrs. Cubbison’s stuffing. (3 for $1.99)  Each chick is a single serving one per Grandkid!! I then formed a small handful of stuffing into an egg shape and browned in the oven for 15 minutes.
I added the cute little chicks ($.99cents at Michaels) and how CUTE did this turn out??  My kids might tell me I have too much time on my hands but the Grandkids will think NaNa rocks!!

I also loved that when I removed the stuffing from the chick forms the shape stayed which will look adorable on the plate too.  Not to mention that Mrs. Cubbison’s is THE BEST tasting stuffing!!  Why would you use anything else?!
