It’s so hard to think that kids starting high school now were born after 9-11, kids graduating now have no real memory of it. How can 15 years have gone by?
WE were just talking at breakfast that it was 15 years ago today.. I think we all remember where we were that day and how we all watched in horror… To this day prayers are being said for the lost and the survivors….
It’s so hard to believe it’s 15 years ago. I was in Paris with 50 people with intellectual/ physical disability and was on the last plane out of mainland Europe before all the airports closed down. I was never so glad to see home as I was that day. RIP.
I think most people, like me, will remember vividly first finding out what was happening, and then the horrible day. Then also the months afterward. It hasn’t been the same since, there is not that sense of safety and security.
