Organo GOLD drinks with Ganoderma
I had never heard an herb called Ganoderma until I was given the opportunity to taste it in a sample of Organo Gold Hot Chocolate, Black coffee and Green Tea. This herb has been used for over 3000 years in the Asian and Chinese culture. Organo Gold found a way to bring it to the people of the world without changing their habits. Organo Gold has put Ganoderma in coffee, tea and cocoa. Did you know that coffee is the second most consumed beverage after water? In the WORLD?!? WOW
Starting with the Gourmet Hot Chocolate. I’m really picky about my hot cocoa. Organo Gold is perfect!! Not too sweet. (LOVE that!!) I don’t taste any herbs in the cocoa, just a smooth tasting, rich cocoa. I made it with hot water. It’s DELICIOUS!! Dissolves instantly in hot water. No chunks or clumps.
The Gourmet Black Coffee. Rich and smooth. Again, no herb taste to it. You can’t tell any of these drinks are anything except great tasting. Some drinks you can tell have ‘good for you’ benefits by the after taste. Not so with the Organo Gold drinks. From the smell while the coffee is being brewed you know this will taste delicious!
The Organic Green Tea. Smooth and flavorful. This is a drink rich with anti-oxidants.
Ganoderma is an herb that comes from the Reishi mushroom. Named the “King of Herbs,” it is packed with powerful antioxidants and offers multiple health benefits. Ganoderma has a proven track record in traditional Asian medicine for over 4,000 years.
A FEW OF THE MANY HEALTH BENEFITS FROM GANODERMA
- Supports and builds the immune system
- Improves blood circulation
- Lowers high blood pressure
- Oxygenates the body
- Boosts stamina
- Increases the level of antioxidants in your body that fight free radicals
I found that the Internet is full of information on the health benefits of ganoderma. One interesting and very important effect the herb has is balancing the pH level in the body. The fluids in the human body can have either acidic or alkaline (base) properties. The pH (potential of hydrogen) level in the body is measured by the ratio of acidic-alkaline on a scale of 0 to 14 (0 being most acidic and 14 being alkaline or base). Ideally, the body should be in a neutral state, but leaning toward an alkaline state, a little above a value of 7. Too much acid in our system causes the body to become chemically unbalanced which has negative effects on our health. Ganoderma works to neutralize the acids in the body and brings the body closer to this alkaline state.
I think we are going to be hearing a LOT about Ganoderma and Organo Gold in the future.
Disclosure I received complimentary products for the purpose of my review. No other compensation was provided. The opinions are mine and 100% honest. I have not been influenced in any way.

Wow now I would really love to try the hot chocolate. My husband would prefer the coffee or tea. So there we have it covered. Reducing the acid in our bodies is also a seller. Now where can we get it?

These coffees sound great Connie thank you! I will look them out at a specialist shop as I haven’t seen them here in South Africa. I love my coffee! And the Ganoderma sounds great – derma as in skin? I suspect so ..

So many ancient herbal elements that are being re-discovered these days! I’m happy that the Organo Gold has three options for all of us who are picky. I’ll take the coffee and green tea! I recall learning about body pH, but wasn’t aware of how to keep it in balance. All of those benefits make Ganoderma seem like a panacea! At least something to help everyone. I like that you mentioned that the drinks don’t taste like they are healthy. Haha, there’s something about health drinks that have too many minerals and elements that somehow end up tasting like chalk to me. I’ll have to do some more researching on Ganoderma and keep an eye out for Organo Gold! Thanks for the review!
