Running Shoe Insoles!

I’ve just extended the life of my walking shoes!! Not to mention, I’m walkin’ in comfort too!! I replaced the factory insoles with Spenco for Her Total Support Insoles for Women. WOW! I have to say, first, these are so comfortable, they not only cushion my feet, but they feel like they hug them too!

I have really high arches, I love the support I am getting in the arch and through out my feet!! I am amazed at the difference in my stride just adding new running insoles!! Not to mention I haven’t had any shin splints since I added the new insoles!  Since changing the insoles, I also haven’t been bothered by my bone spur in my right foot. NOT EVEN ONCE!!!

The EVA layer molds to my feet and the balls of my feet are protected by a cushion ‘crash pad.’ The low-friction top cloth helps prevent blisters and MAJOR bonus Silpure Antimicrobial reduces odor!!  The insoles have a deep heel and semi-rigid arch support.
