Speekee Spanish for Kids Review + Giveaway

As many of you know I watch my three year old Granddaughter Alice during the week. I love challenging her. I love teaching her!  She is like a sponge and is always excited to LEARN!  I jumped at the chance to review Speekee Where Kids Learn Spanish, a company that was founded in 2006 and has been building a reputation for quality Spanish learning ever since.

Speekee Spanish is geared towards kids 2 to 11, which I love. Understanding Spanish in Southern California is a MUST! Speekee not only teaches spanish, but makes learning fun! Alice loves the little puppets, Speekee, the Spanish speaking puppet as well as his puppet friends, Lupi and Dino, his human friend, Jim. Each video has real Spanish kids so Alice gets to hear the words spoken with an authentic accent.  I love that I can turn on the English AND/OR Spanish Subtitles! I can even turn off the subtitles if I want. Tap the small cc box under the videos, at the far right.

Each video introduces just a few words at a time. I like that, along with lots of repetition, which makes learning easier. I have to admit the songs are catchy and FUN! Navigating through the songs and videos is easy. I like that there are KIDS in each video. Alice LOVES to watch other kids! Speekee truly holds Alice’s attention for the entire video. Each video is approximately 20 minutes long. I have to admit, I find myself trying to sing along with the songs too! What can I say, they are catchy!!
