If you are a regular follower of Peanut Butter and Whine, then you know I do just about anything to get out of cooking!! It’s just DH and I now and frankly, I know how to cook for a family of 5+. Just two of us?? I’m at a loss!!  Besides, I did all the cooking while the kids lived at home, now that DH is retired……. I have passed the chef’s hat to him.
