Trail Cam Friday!

Trail Cam Friday is late going up because truthfully I thought today was THURSDAY!!!! It’s 11:15 in the morning and I caught a glimpse of something on TV and it said Friday blah blah blah and I looked at The Husband and the conversation went like this:  “Is this DVR’d?” “No” “What day is this?” “Friday why?”

Okay, what happened to THURSDAY!? Did I enjoy it? Did I sleep through it?!

Anyway, I went out and grabbed the trail cam real quick.  Nothing really exciting. Lot’s of deer. No other critters this week.

I do need to move the trail cam since a lot of the snow has melted and find a prettier spot!

Since there wasn’t many trail cam picture I substituted a few from my phone.

I’ve told you before that I know when my Mom’s spirit is around because I will find random hearts. Today (Valentines Day! BTW HAPPY Valentines Day!) when I was on the treadmill I spotted this in the driveway.

And of course Little Miss Bear wanted her picture taken too.

Okay I’m outta here. I gotta find out what the heck happened to THURSDAY!!!

Connie, what have you done to poor Bear? If there’s one dog in the world that doesn’t need dressing up it’s a mountain dog.

When we were little, my sister’s BFF lived on a farm that had peacocks – I can still imitate Jack’s (the male) early morning call. And boy, was he early!

I really want to thank you for sharing your Trail Cam photos with us. It is an awesome way to see nature that a lot of us don’t get to have a part of. I remember when I was a kid and we had company come up from the city. Those kids never saw live animals like we had before. Only on TV or in books. They were quite impressed with our donkey, chickens, ducks, cows and geese. It was something we took for granted until we met people who hadn’t had that opportunity. So thanks for sharing.

Diane, you are so welcome. I truly love my little four legged visitors. I THINK…… I hope we have a moose picture for Friday. I can hear that so clear. Just can’t seem to see them.
I grew up on a farm and just like you visitors loved the cows, rabbits, ducks and a horse. And peacocks. MEAN geese. LOL Ohhhhh so much fun … now let me show you have fun it is to muck out the stable.

I love those random hearts!! Bear is a good model for your creations! I’m laughing at least you realized it was Friday before the whole day was over. I’ve made a couple bloopers once in a while saying “happy Friday” to people. Then they look at me funny and my mind starts that internal calendar…… what day is it ?? Thursday? Saturday? oh oh!! So then I have to try to pretend I said it on purpose, but don’t think anyone believes it.

I have way too many Thursdays that come up missing myself! Lol I honestly don’t think anyone would have noticed if you had put some old ones back up! LOL I do like the one that is showing off how he can walk on just two legs. I hope you have a very wonderful Valentine’s Day.

Diane, the ones that just walk around on their hind legs crack me up! I can’t wait till the babies start coming around. Next week I hope to have better pictures. Where is my bear?!?!
I hope you had a great Valentines Day too!
