• Week 18

    Here is my weekly blah blah blah post. Mostly all I can say is STUPID STUPID STUPID!! If I hadn’t eaten a ton of wrong foods yesterday (the day before a weigh in?!?!?!) I think my numbers would have been so much better. STUPID me!! UGH!!! Anywayyyyyy….. I am down 1.5 pounds! WOOOO HOOOOO!!! I am 8.5 away from my goal!! And here is the rest……….. I walked everyday with my weighted vest. I stopped eating fruit at night. I really did great with my food choices … until Tuesday night! (Seriously?! What was I thinking?!?!?!?!) I did a couple of nights of yoga and did my ab work too.…

    I couldn’t get enough food today!! I don’t mean ‘vegetable’ good for you food either. I wanted JUNK FOOD!! I wanted candy and french fries! Of course…. why not? A day before my weigh in. WHY NOT?!?!?! UGH UGH UGH!!!!! I could have had a carrot or one of my Lean Cuisines…… but noooooooo I made a trip to Taco Bell. Course who says I really have to weigh in tomorrow?!??! Who’s to say I don’t accidentally forGET to weigh in?!?! Hummmmmmm now that’s something to think about!!!

    When the Half Year Resolution contest started I went thru my closet and divided it into wear now, lose 20 pounds and goal weight. Well, last week after trying to get dressed from the “lost 20 pounds” section and found so many that were too big I thought I should probably check the goal weight section…. Yea…. well, I wore one of those skirts today and have another one out for tomorrow. I think I better make time this week to check the rest of the skirts!!! I may be in trouble when I do hit my goal cause I may not have clothes!!! (WOW I am REALLY good at…
