Week 18

Here is my weekly blah blah blah post. Mostly all I can say is STUPID STUPID STUPID!! If I hadn’t eaten a ton of wrong foods yesterday (the day before a weigh in?!?!?!) I think my numbers would have been so much better. STUPID me!! UGH!!! Anywayyyyyy….. I am down 1.5 pounds! WOOOO HOOOOO!!! I am 8.5 away from my goal!!
And here is the rest……….. I walked everyday with my weighted vest. I stopped eating fruit at night. I really did great with my food choices … until Tuesday night! (Seriously?! What was I thinking?!?!?!?!) I did a couple of nights of yoga and did my ab work too. (Aren’t I just like the best student ever?!!)
