We just had an incident in our furnace closet. The drain on the condensation pan clogged up and overflowed, we didn’t know this was happening in the closet until white mineral deposits showed up on the tile floor. So it was leaking for some time. It was a huge mess!! The craft cupboard and our bedroom closets were all affected. The vent under the closet would take some major work to get rid of the mold and mildew smell.
