Epica 2 Ounce Stainless Steel Seasoning Injector
Don’t panic but, I cooked! Chicken to be exact. I couldn’t wait to use my new Epica Seasoning Injector. All I did was mix together1/4 cup of melted butter or margarine.3/4 cup of BBQ sauceBlend together thoroughly. Using my new Epica Seasoning Injector, I injected all but about 2 tablespoons which I used to baste the top before baking. Baked at 350 for 90 minutes. Until the temperature was 165. I really like that the Epica is Stainless Steel. I’ve had cheap plastic injectors before that lasted for a couple of uses. The Epica will be around for years!! I honestly can’t wait for Thanksgiving!! Epica holds 2 ounces of liquid. Which means more injecting less loading. It’s strong! VERY strong. 2 needles are included. One needle has a wider needle for minced onions, herbs and garlic. The other needle has side holes for maximum dispersion throughout the meat. Both needles are 6″ long. I used the needle with the side holes to make sure my sauce was everywhere in my chicken. More good news?? It’s all dishwasher safe!! This was the BEST chicken EVER!! So juicy and so tender!! DELICIOUS!!! I wish I knew how to take a picture that would…

Graine Kelly of Bubblebum Offers Tips on Safe Back-to-School Travel
Whether They’re Walking, Cycling, Or Carpooling, Get Your Kids To School Safe And Sound Summer just arrived, and the bustling back-to-school season will be here before we all know it. BubbleBum founder, Safe Kids USA certified CPST, and Travel Expert Grainne Kelly knows the best way to keep kids safe en route to school: Walking to School: Talk to other parents in your area about how their children get to and from school. Create a “Buddy System” by getting a group of kids to walk to and from school together, and plan the route. This can even be chaperoned by an adult, where parents take turns walking with the kids. Walk the route with your children so they know the way to and from school, in case they ever get separated or lost from friends. This will help the kiddos feel more comfortable and confident about the route. Coming into the winter months and darker mornings and evenings, make sure your children wear high visibility clothing that other road users can easily see. Teach the kids how to be safe and obey all road signs, signals, and traffic officers when walking. Remind them to always look left, right, and left again before crossing…
